Diocese of Phoenix AZ Schools Implement the OptionC School Management System

Arizona Catholic Schools move to the OptionC system

ROCHESTER, NY (May 22, 2007) – OptionC Inc., the leading provider of Catholic School Learning technologies and fundraising services, announced the rollout of its flagship School Management System at Catholic Schools in the Diocese of Phoenix Arizona.

Students will have access to personal & secure online learning centers for class scheduling, attendance, grades, report cards, progress reports, lunch menu, school events calendar and homework assignments.  Parents can make tuition and other school expense payments online.  The school administrators will have easy access to manage their alumni database, student emergency information, lunch billing system, and tuition management and attendance records. 

OptionC also provides the rapidly expanding electronic fund transfer (EFT) service, 24Tuition ^TM and its famous “12 hour deposits”.  Schools have been switching to 24Tuition in record numbers in order to receive their tuition deposits within 12-48 hours after withdrawal. This is a significant benefit for schools that require immediate access to their funds for payroll and other re-occurring expenses.
